Resizes, Repairs & Returns
It is important to us that you remain happy with your purchases and we understand that sometimes it may be necessary to resize, repair or return your items. We offer a 30 day policy for returns and one free resize or repair. Any orders sent back for repair or resize after the 30 day period will be £20 per item (Rings with stone settings may differ in price) and orders are non refundable.
If you do need to return an order or require a resize/repair, please email us at lonesomejewellery@gmail.com for details of what information we will require and where to send the item(s).
Please note that we do not cover the cost of return postage to us, even where the resize/repair is free. This cost (£7.50) will be charged before we send the item(s) back to you. Please also keep your tracking receipt once you've sent any items back to us. All returns will be refunded via the original payment method.
We would also like to make you aware that custom orders or items that have been worn/damaged are non-refundable.
